We will be expecting a limited number of Pygora Kids in 2027. Please let us know if you would like to be on the waitlist. We will not be having lambs in 2027 as our CVM/Romeldale flock are well into their geriatric years! Our spring Pygora Kids will be listed on our Kid Page when they come (March).

Grumpy Goat King George (24-18M)

b. 05-April-2024 (Single)

Caramel /Caramel (C)

George is a well mannered buck with a very dense type C fleece - though his coat this year is coming in with a bit more curl than previous coats. For a Type C the staple length is fantastic and it dehairs nicely. He is a large buck, with great width and a strong frame. I would really love to keep him if he was not so related to my prime breeding age does. I think that he would be a great contender to make it to Permanent Grand Champion Buck if someone was able to keep showing him. I will be breeding George late September/early October to a couple does and then he would be ready for a new family.

Grumpy Goat Figgy Puddin’ (24-49M) $650

Black/Grey (B)

Figgy is the mini version of George. He is significantly smaller in stature but still has a nice solid frame. If he had been proven this year he would have come to Michigan Fiber Fest with George because I think he would have given George a run for his money. Figgy remains unproven though (through no fault of his own) as, like George, he is related to most of my prime breeding age does. He has amazing coverage of long , Type A like curly locks - even though originally typed with his kid fleece as a B. He has good luster and seperation and gives a lot of fleece for his small stature. I love his personality because though he is small he is mighty and I have no doubt that he will produce some gorgeous kids. I also hope to breed Figgy to a doe in late September but he would be ready for travel early October.
