2026 Pygora Goat Kids

All kids will have their CDT shots administered and will be pre-registered with the Pygora Breeders Association.
Doelings $450, Bucklings $500, Wethers $250

Kids can be officially named by new owners if selected/reserved before weaning.

There is a $25 discount when taking two or more as we like to see them go with a friend. If you do not already have goats on your property you will need at least two.

Goats are not reserved until we receive a $50 non refundable deposit (cash, card, check, Paypal, and Venmo accepted).

Wethers will be banded at 8-10 weeks of age unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Kids will not be disbudded unless details are worked out with us in advance. All Vet fees incurred for disbudding will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Kids will be weaned by 12 weeks of age and ready for pick up.

Sweet Pea’s Grey Agouti Buckling/Wether

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Gun Plain Pygoras Sweet Pea 15-26F

This little guy is the most friendly of all the kids this year. He refuses to leave us alone when we go in for a visit and is constantly trying to nibble on everything. You can pick him up, give him belly rubs, play with his hooves, and he still comes back for more. He will make a lovely farm greeter for someone.

The sire, Nightshade, is a Grand Champion goat from a Pygora show at Michigan Fiber Fest and the dam, Sweet Pea, always gives us the most fiber per shearing of any of our goats!

Sweet Pea’s Black Agouti buckling/wether

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Gun Plain Pygoras Sweet Pea 15-26F

Unlike his brother, this guy is a complete Mama’s boy and is a bit on the shy side. He is looking like a fantastic herdsire though so we don’t mind his timid nature. He is nice and wide and looking stout like his sire.

Sweet Pea’s Black Doeling

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Gun Plain Pygoras Sweet Pea 15-26F

This little girl was up and nursing like a rockstar - much faster than her two brothers. She likes having her neck scratched if your hand gets there without her seeing it, but she hasn’t quite reached the point of friendliness where she is climbing all over us. So far she seems like she will have that calm mellow demeanor of her mother (and we are hoping for her mothers fiber too).

Poke’s Light Caramel Buckling/wether

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Enchanted Acres Poke-o-moonshine 16-5F

A gorgeous looking buckling who we might be retaining on the farm. He is the shy one of his triad but actually let me pet him for a few seconds today without immediately running back to mom so we are seeing improvements! He’s filling in nicely and seems to have herdsire potential.

The sire, Nightshade, is a Grand Champion goat from a Pygora show at Michigan Fiber Fest and the dam, Poke, is probably our sweetest, mellowest doe with nice lustrous type B fiber.

Poke’s Medium Grey Agouti Buckling/wether

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M

Dam: Enchanted Acres Poke-o-moonshine 16-5F

This buckling is the most adorable little mini me of his dad Nightshade. (though so far is evading my picture taking attempts. He is friendly and likes neck scratches, though not in an over the top way. He seems to have a lot of confidence and attitude in a very square and compact package. We are excited to see how he grows in the next couple months.

Poke’s Dark Grey Agouti Buckling/wether

Triplet

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M

Dam: Enchanted Acres Poke-o-moonshine 16-5F

This little guy is almost as frantic for attention as Sweet Pea’s grey agouti boy. He will let you do just about anything to him and still come back for more. He has the cutest little brown spot on top of his tail, though is otherwise a grey agouti goat. He would be a great addition to a family that wants friendly goats!

Frankie’s Buckling/wether

Single

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Grumpy Goat Frankie Mittens 21-49F

Frankie’s boy does have great herdsire potential though too related to our herd for us to keep. He is confident and curious. Occassionally likes a neck scratch though is also fine going off and exploring on his own. He is built nice and square like his dad and we are hoping will have the amazing locks like his mom. Both his parents have been Grand Champion goats at a Pygora show (Driftless and Michigan Fiber Fest).

Puddin’s Buckling/wether

Twin

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Grumpy Goat Puddin’ 20-19F

This is another boy with herdsire potential. The last time we paired these two goats the buckling out of it won the Junior Buck category at all three shows he went to that season, and I am thinking this guy could follow in his footsteps. He is friendly but doesn’t seek out the attention like some of the younger kids and is already trying to edge his way up in the hierarchy of the herd. Of course this does mean that he head butted someone or something too hard and had a bit of a horn injury, which luckily appears to be healing nicely, but it may heal slightly crooked in comparison of the other horn.

Puddin’s Doeling

Twin

Sire: Bohemian Creek Farm Nightshade 16-1M
Dam: Grumpy Goat Puddin’ 20-19F

She is full of spunk and independence. Still pretty shy and not too into petting at the moment. Hopefully we can get her to warm up to us as she sees how friendly the younger kids are too us. I have high hopes that she will have the amazing curls and fiber seperation that her mom has as well as the width of chest of her sire.
